Joseph J. Kokolakis was born and raised in New York, while his wife Anna Kokolakis hails from Toronto, Canada. They currently reside in Dunedin, Florida with their three children, Yianni (23), Eleni (23), and Paige (21).

Joe currently serves as President of Kokolakis Contracting, Inc., a public works General Contractor, and its sister-company, Santek Management, a developer of commercial and residential properties in New York and Florida. He is graduate of Emory University School of Law, as well as a licensed General, Plumbing, Roofing and Waterproofing Contractor, As a LEED Accredited professional, Mr. Kokolakis oversees all aspects of construction and has spearheaded Santek’s commitment to environmentally conscious design and development.

Anna Kokolakis is the majority shareholder and Executive Vice President of Santek Management, LLC. Her main role is to work with architects, interior designers, and artists to develop the architectural and interior concept for each development. Mrs. Kokolakis studies innovative designs, concepts, and products from around the globe and incorporates them into each project. Every detail is scrutinized from exterior cladding materials to floor plans and interior finishes. The final product is conceived, created, and delivered under her guidance, including design, construction, budgeting, marketing and sales.
