Gus Vratsinas is Chairman of Bailey Construction and Consulting, LLC of Little Rock, AR. He has 50 years of management & professional engineering responsibilities in projects ranging from industrial, retail, commercial, health care, residential, high-rise & institutional. He is also affiliated with Vratsinas Enterprises, LLC.

Gus holds a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Gus was married to the late Irene Vratsinas of Mason City, Iowa. They have 2 children & 5 grandchildren. He has been active in many civic & philanthropic endeavors. In 2004, he received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor; in 2000, inducted into the University of Arkansas College of Engineering Hall of Fame; in 2006, inducted into the Arkansas Construction Hall of Fame; in 2011, named Arkansan of the Year; in 2017, inducted into the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame.
