Paul Skoutelas was born in Salonika, Greece and raised in the Philadelphia area having immigrated to America with his family at the age of 3 ½.

He grew up in the Greek Orthodox church, holds graduate degrees in engineering and business, is a Transportation Executive and currently is the President and
CEO of an international transportation trade association. He has been an active member in all Greek Orthodox parishes where he has resided including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Orlando and Washington, DC. He has served for many years on local parish councils and actively supported the activities and initiatives of the church throughout his adult life.

He is a member of Leadership 100, an Archon elect of 2020, a member of NHS, AHI and AHEPA.

Paul is married to Denise Passodelis Skoutelas originally from Pittsburgh whom he met at OCF while they attended The Pennsylvania State University. Denise is a speech pathologist and was also raised in the Greek Orthodox Church. Paul and Denise married shortly after graduating from college and have been married 45 years. Denise has maintained active involvement in the church having served for many years as Sunday School and Vacation Church School director and teacher. Paul and Denise are proud parents of two children, a daughter and a son, who are active members of the Greek Orthodox Church and are blessed with six grandchildren.
